Shipping Policy

All of our items are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be carefully created before it ships.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS and you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it goes out.

Please note:

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING POLICY

All subscription boxes ship once per month. Orders placed after the 20th of the month will begin with the following month’s shipment. Monthly subscriptions ship every month. Bi-monthly subscriptions ship every other month on a set schedule. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once shipments begin.
